职位描述：
Responsibilities/职责：
1、 负责电线车间的挤塑生产线工艺、绞合工艺的管理；
Management of extrusion molding and twisting process of cable manufacturing
2、 负责当前工艺的持续改进和新的工艺过程开发；
Continual improvement of the existed process and innovation of the new process
3、 负责改进生产工艺和工装设备，解决生产工艺问题，提高产品质量和生产效率，降低报废率；
Deal with the producing problem to improve the quality and production efficiency and lower the rejection rate
4、负责电缆生产工艺文件编制及修改
Documentation and modification of the production process
5、负责员工的工艺技能培训和工艺纪律的检查。
Training of the new staff and examination of the process discipline

Requirements/要求：
1、 熟悉低压电缆的生产工艺（特别是挤塑工艺）；
Familiar with the production process of the cable, especially the extrusion molding
2、 熟悉电缆原材料工艺过程；
Well understanding the nature of the raw material
3、 熟悉电缆生产设备，有能力开展电缆相关生产设备的技术改造工作。
Good ability to do the technical reform of the producing equipment
4、 英语四级以上，能进行基本口语沟通。
Basic English skill in oral and written
5、大专以上，电缆行业背景优先，3年以上相关工作经验。
